Learning objectives
Assess pathology of the glenohumeral joint why cause the instability according to history, anatomy, MRI, and physical examination
Make a decision on treatment - select the appropriate arthroscopic procedure based on the pathology and patient condition
Identify the main causes: soft tissue or bony defect, such as Hill-Sachs lesion or glenoid defect
Describe the key techniques of procedures, Bankart repair alone or with remplissage as well as bony repair procedures (Latarjet or Bristow)
