If you cannot pay via credit card you have the possibility to request an invoice. Please note that we will charge you a 30.-- USD handling fee in addition to the participant fee. Please contact therefore your Local Event Organizer and indicate the official invoice address of the paying person or entity as well as a respective email address the invoice has to be sent to.
Pelvic Course: 1000 USD for nonmembers and 850 USD for AOTrauma members.
