Operating Room Personnel on the AOTrauma Advances Course will work with leading trauma ORP and surgeons to learn state-of-the-art techniques in an intensive and exciting 2 days. The emphasis of the course is on the application of basic principles in the management of complex fractures, using advanced surgical techniques. There is particular a focus on the role of the ORP in trauma care.<p>

The course comprises short lectures, discussion sessions and interactive practical workshops allowing direct contact with all the faculty. Participants are encouraged to share their ideas and experience in an informal setting.<p>

ORP with a minimum of 1 years trauma experience after an AO ORP Principles Course are invited to apply for the AO ORP Advances Course.<p> 

The AO Foundation is a non-profit organisation, based in Switzerland and dedicated to the advancement of care of those suffering from musculoskeletal injury and disease.

Payment is to be made in Swiss Francs CHF 885.00. This equates to approximately £675.00 depending on the exchange rate at the time of making payment.
If you cannot pay via credit card you have the option to request an invoice. Please note that we will charge you a CHF 30.00 handling fee in addition to the participant fee. Please contact the Registration Coordinator and indicate the official invoice address of the paying person or entity as well as a respective email address the invoice has to be sent to.

The University is sited within the city centre and is about 15 mins walk from the mainline intercity station.
The area is also well serviced by the motorway network.  We would however, advise delegates to travel by
train as parking in the area can be difficult.
